After a recent support case involving an NGW-1 and B&G H2000, it became clear that, due to the H2000 using an older version of NMEA 0183, it prevented successful communication with newer devices (like the NGW-1). A previous customer with this issue discovered that there is a firmware update available for the H2000 which should hopefully solve the problem.  Please contact B&G for more information on this update.
