Good Day User Community,

     Our new Pro-Mux-1 Multiplexer will no longer accept changes for the user-defined profiles.  I have initiated a factory reset successfully, however, I am unable to access the user profiles via the "wizard".  I downloaded the Actisense Toolkit, with the thought of uploading new firmware, but did not see an option for the Pro-Mux-1.  I created a user-defined profile when initially testing the device with no problems.  I am unsure why I can longer access the profiles.  Any help is appreciated.
